The Village of Angelica has a unique system of maintaining its streets and sidewalks wherein it has an arrangement with the Town of Angelica called a Shared Services Agreement. The Town Highway Superintendent is in charge of overseeing the Village's streets employees and directing their work. The Town with the help of the Village employees maintain the Villages streets and related appurtenances. The Village and Town meet to review the aspects of this agreement on a regular basis and to discuss issues that concern both municipalities. This allows a better and more efficient working relationship than if these operations were done separately.
Kevin Demick is the Town of Angelica Highway Superintendent who oversees streets operations for the Village.
