Great Wellsville Balloon Rally July 19 6 am, Island Park, Wellsville The Great Wellsville Balloon Rally generally has 30 - 40 hot air balloons lifting off at 6 PM Friday & Saturday and 6 AM Saturday & Sunday. You'll probably never get closer to a Hot Air balloon than this.
    6:00 PM   Downtown festival is also held.
