November 14 Full ACP Board and Sub-Group Member Session: Full group session with the ACP Board and the sub-group members to review all of the information that has been developed and discuss priorities for projects/tasks etc. Also met with John Foels from the Development Office and received a check for $500 from the Southern Tier West Development Foundation for expenses incurred.
December 22 Prepared summary sheets and letters to all addresses within Angelica. These were mailed on December 22nd to 790 adddresses in 14709. Approximately 50 more that are in Belfast, Belmont or Almond Zip codes needed to be sent out also.Christmas.
Holidays, so no meeting this month.

January 4 ACP Board and Sub-Group Chair Meeting: Prepared for the Public Forum
January 9 PUBLIC FORUM: Held a public information session at the Centerpoint Christian Academy Gym at 7 pm to show folks what we had done and get input from them as to the pros and cons of the plan.
January 31 ACP Board Meeting: Reveiwed Comments and set plan for editing.

July The Town & Village Boards should be presented the draft and should begin the SEQR [State Environmental Quality Review] process.  We have to check the official timelines according to NYS regulations to plot this out properly.

Town/Village Planning Board Created & Appointed?
September  The Town and Village Boards should return their comments and hold the official Public Meetings for review of the plan.
October  The Town and Village Boards should pass their resolutions for final SEQR and approval of the Angelica Comprehensive Plan.

Determine what steps should be done next for actually implementing projects.
